Executive coaching
Executive coaching focuses on leaders and senior managers in an organisation and can be delivered in one-on-one or in team/group formats. Typical subjects for executive coaching include:
- Leadership coaching – coaching on how to be a more effective leader, including interpersonal skills, conflict management, confidence, time management and focus
